Problem with delete/rebuild rig

Hi,
first of all, this is a great tool.

Now to my problem. It seems like the "delete rig" button deletes nodes that are not part of the rig.
For example condition and multiply nodes. I have a character using RRM for the body and a custom facial rig that uses multiply and condition nodes.
When I delete the rig all these nodes get deleted. The custom rig doesn't drive the Rapid Rig. I drives blendshapes on the head mesh. Even if I just create two cubes and connect for example their X-Axis with multiply/divide the node gets deleted when I delete the rig.

I'm assuming it's doing some kind of clean-up when the rig gets deleted. Is there something that can be done about this?

I'm using Maya 2018.3 RRM 2.3.8

Ok I got this solved. Simply need to lock the nodes I don't want deleted.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. Yes, the delete rig goes through the rig and deletes all the nodes assocaited with the entire hierarchy. This is to clean up all the nodes and prevent errors on rig rebuilds when nodes already exist that the rig tries to generate. It also helps keep scene size down.

The best option would be to unparent your face rig from the rest of the rig. Or, if locking the nodes worked, stick with that.
