Sorry, I re-uploaded this and fixed an issue. Realized I could have just updated it....
Anyways, should work now. Have a look at the youtube video for correct use :)
To install: Place in maya script folder and run: source passsScript;
or
source matteCheck;
or make shelf buttons using the provided icons and add the appropriate source statement for each button.
