Installation and Run:

First you should install PyQt for maya(window), linux(thanks driv3r)

First unrar the file to somewhere on your disk, such as: c:\YourScript\SuperLayerManager.

Second modify the path in the example below and run in maya python script editor:
import sys
pfPath = r'c:\YourScript\SuperLayerManager'
if pfPath not in sys.path:
sys.path.append(pfPath)
import slm as slm
slm.main()
