movetobin.mel is useful if you want to keep backup of any object you delete from the scene, This script creates a Recycle Bin inside the project directory, since anything you delete from the scene is going to be related to that specific project you are working so it is required to Recycle Bin Directory exists inside the project. when you execute the script
movetobin it performs the delete operation by keeping a backup of the file in maya ascii format inside the Recycle Bin Directory .
