it givesme errors no matter what :/

I'm unable to reproduce this bug on Maya 2011 and that error message appears invalid to me. Please give me more information: - the version of Maya you use; - the platform (operating system) you use it on; - some information on the kind of setup you use (objects, hierarchy, attributes and their names); - did you make any manual modification to the script or the exported driven keys file? - what exact error messages appear, on which operations? are all errors the same? - steps to reproduce (exact order of your operation, including what you set in the GUI); - does it work on a simple setup like a pCube1.ty driven by locator1.ty ?
