Some features are:

IK/FK Switch
Reverse foot lock and different types of foot control
Auto-Forearm twist
Spine IK Control
Position joints via a locator based pre-skeleton
Create different characters in the scene
Variable finger number
Remove parts of the rig
Create a character set
Change the naming convention in order to use the skeleton in MotionBuilder and for easy and fast characterization of the character model
Save pre-skeleton to shelf
Install dRigging Tool
Unpack the dRiggingTool folder and put the contents (userSetup.py, dRTRestore.mel, dRiggingTool directory) in the maya scripts directory (../maya/scripts).
If you have allready an userSetup.py file you can add the lines to your existing userSetup.py file.
Start maya. In the command line change the command line to PYTHON by pressing on MEL.
In mayas python command line type dRT(). This launches the application.
