Allows you to scroll the attribute editor, channel box / layer editor and the tool settings by clicking and dragging the middle mouse button (for Maya 6.0.1).

Does not scroll if the mouse clicks in a list box or an internet explorer server, so that mayas default actions are performed on those controls.

Can be complemented with MouseOnOff and MouseScrollWheel.
