Allows you to scroll the attribute editor, channel box / layer editor, the tool settings and the shelf with the scrollwheel of the mouse (for Maya 6.0.1).
Does not scroll any of the above if the mouse is above a combo box, a list box, or an internet explorer server, so that mayas default actions are performed on those controls.
Can be complemented with MouseOnOff and MouseSmoothScroll.
