It will add an AOV in arnold, and you will get XYZ depth information in RGB with this pass.
1.Load arnold in render setting tab
2.Click on create button in the tool(it will create an AOV and a shader)
3.Click on adjust, here you will get a new window with to adjust xyz depth settings,
4. invert is just and option
if you click on invert it will invert the render info(eg if the camera far is dark and close range is white then it will invert that. but again you need to adjust the xyz values to get the desired result
5. If you click delete it will delete shader and AOV.
How it works When you run the script it will create a XYZ depth shader, which is created to produce X,Y and Z depth information in R,G,&B channels respectively it also programmed to create a custom XYZ AOV in arnold and the XYZ depth shader will connect to this AOV
Please Test this python script and let me know if any bugs
Note:- sometimes it shows Runtime error when you click on create button, but it will work fine, just ignore :)
