Asset management for Maya made simple.

Q/A

Set wrong environment variable

The wrong environment variable was set, how do I clear it out and start again?  I tried deleting the MEL scripts and shelves in the preferences, and deleted the env file in the project folder, but it just opens up a window that says:

The folder structure for Simple Tools ran into problems.

These folders were not found.

There is an environment variable called simple_tools_root which hold a path to the folder. You can manually fix it or delete it and recreate it next time you're in maya. Let me know how it goes. Thanks, Alex

I'm on a Windows box. Where can I find that file? I've dug all over the place and can't seem to find it. Where is it supposed to be? Thank you.
