PLDOFCamera will create a Maya Camera with a Mental Ray Physical Lens DOF attached to it. The Physical Lens DOF is driven by a distance dimension where one of its locators is fixed to the camera and the other locator can be moved to mark the Focus Point of Physical Lens DOF shader.
