Try to copy and paste to your script editor, it should work. But I implemented it on maya 2010, havent tried it on 2013, so not guaranteed. Any more question, let me know. Thanks!

try to search the following line of code and change "10" in -maxValue to whatever you like. If it does not work, please let me know. Thanks! string $mySlider1 = `intSliderGrp -label "Number of Figurines" -field true -minValue 0.0 -maxValue 10 -value 0 `;
