Partly inspired by the fact that there were no Project and Data Management plugins (and I wanted to be the first ;), and partly because I had too much time on my hands... Xrypt. It slices, it dices, it encrypts/sources MEL files with password. To what end... who knows.

Somebody actually uses this and asked me to compile it for 5.0. I used the latest VC++ compiler so its linked against the 7.0 runtime library. This means that you'll need msvcrt70.dll. Most people have this if they grabbed the .net framework update for XP.
