This is a Lamber shader that I made for a production.
Its only accepts one Texture, or just a color.

The power is that can output:

Diffuse color.
zDepth.
objId.
and 10 Lights Raw.

The names of the Layers to use are:

color AOV_DiffuseColor
float AOV_zdepth
color AOV_objId
color AOV_LightRaw_1
color AOV_LightRaw_2
color AOV_LightRaw_3
color AOV_LightRaw_4
color AOV_LightRaw_5
color AOV_LightRaw_6
color AOV_LightRaw_7
color AOV_LightRaw_8
color AOV_LightRaw_9
color AOV_LightRaw_10

I tested in renderman and 3dlight for maya.

The only conflict is to use it with light linking.

Well maybe the code helps to someone =P.
