  This is a very promising and potentially useful script. It loads correctly using the Script Editor in Maya 2011. But, when clicking on any of the "operation" buttons, an error message (" function x not found" ) appears. This does not appear to work in Maya 2011. It does not load in Maya 2013 or 2014. So, the author's claim that if should work in versions of Maya other than 2012 does not appear to be correct, and this claim should be revised.

  Hi Pam... Follow the instructions from "description" tab TO RUN THIS SCRIPT: 1. open script edtior 2. file -> load script (pick spidersWebMaker.mel ) 3. command -> execute ( or ctrl+E ) best!

  I have done that. Would not have posted if that had been sufficient. In digging into things a bit, it appears that most of the functions error off in Maya 2011.

  You should put together a doc explaining what everything does so people don't have to spend forever trying to figure out how to get it to work properly
