List scripts in user script directory in a resizable window. Allows quick sourcing with a double click. Set sort order, open script in external text editor (like vim), and run with a button click. Really handy if you have collected a lot of scripts or develop scripts. Included is a script to make a shelf button.
Update: Now scripts can be sourced from any displayed directory with a double click (uses full path names). Added RMB to get back to user script directory. Added "open in Script editor" in choose editor dialog. Also, when changing displayed directory, browsing starts from currently displayed directory.
