RigBox_Reborn - Hip Averaging 1.0.0 for Maya (maya script)

A custom tool to create a utility node network for automatic hip averaging.

This is but a small part of a much larger project I am nearing the completion of. Rigbox Reborn is a revamped version of my own, personal tool box for rig construction. RigBox_Reborn - Hip Averaging is a subsection of the Systems Tab within my toolset. This script will create a utility node network for basic hip averaging functionality, including:

- Distance Averaging
- Weight Shifting
- Torso Dig
- Hip Twisting

The tool also creates a condition node, which can control the state of the hip averaging network (i.e. an on / off switch).

How to Run:

import rr_sub_systems_hipAveraging
rr_sub_systems_hipAveraging.window_creation()
