MD_matchTangent.mel 12/12/2005 tested on Maya v. 7.0
This script takes selected keys and matches the in/out tanget to the incoming/outgoing angle, without breaking the tangent like what occurs if you set one side to linear and one side to spline. Think of it as a way to do smooth velocity changes. The weight is left alone.
I suggest making 2 shelf buttons each with the following commands
MD_matchInTangent;
MD_matchOutTangent;
Simply select your keys and execute the script. Test it on some linear keyframes to understand what it does.
This should really be a button in the graph editor, look for it in future versions.
