GENERAL USERS This is collections of tools to import/export the following deformer wieghts
1)SkinClusters 2)Clusters 3)Blendshapes
This is useful in case you want to recreate your deformers. The first 2 makes use of the deformerWeights command where the weights are saved out to an xml file. This allows compatibility within different version of maya.
In addition to these tools, I have also included a bonus obj exporter tool, which behaves on the same line as the import/exporter

DEVELOPERS In case you want the intergrate the import/export functionality in your custom scripts and pipeline, I have included a developers documentaton which give details about the classes that is used by the GUIs. You may extend/modify the weight classes to fit with your own toolsets.
