Import Script SyntaxError (2022)

Currently using:
"import curveLibrary
curveLibrary.CurveLibrary()"
Under Python in Maya 2022. Probably isn't combatible with Python 3 which is a bummer because I should have thought of that before spending $20 on it. If there's anything that could help me get his up and running, I'd appreciate it.
