Hello,
 
I've tried to load this multiple times on a scene with a character and also a simple scene with just an animated sphere but I keep getting this error:
 
// Warning: Line 588.94 : Redeclaration of variable "$col" shadows previous declaration at line 580. Previous value will be overwritten by explicit initializer.

    I know it's been a year since you asked this question, but I thought I'd answer you just because I came across the same issue (Maya 2018.3). Essentially this is the problem you're having: you need to execute the method that loads the GUI. The method is called arctracker110()
     
    All those warnings you're referring to are just poor coding, but nothing critical.
