Pose designer icon appears to be not working (maya 2011)

The latest 3.1.0 script appears to look for bmp that the script never creates, and looking for second png in bizziare location.

 

3.0.0 poser designer does not appear to have this problem under maya2011, unfortunately it can no longer save (cannot save any new poses).
