Net Plugin wizard for MAYA 5 & 6 0.1 for Maya (maya plugin)

Modifications have been made to 'default.htm'...

Modifications have been made to 'default.htm' in the .NET plug-in wizard, to have the option of compiling a plugin for Maya 5 as well. Changes were also reqired in the 'MIOStream.h' file (for Maya 5), to accommodate compiling with either Visual Studio 6, or .NET.

Fixed the download now.
