Make Collide button, how do I get it to work?

I would like to try out this script, but I can't figure out how to utilize the "Make Collide" button. Is there anyone who has used this succesfully? I would appreciate any help. Please let me know the steps needed to use this correctly.

Hi, got to select 1.select the Geo(polygon) then(shift select) 2. DynChainControl node from UI or Outliner hit Make Collide-:)
