I am no stranger to using scripts both mel and python but after 10 minutes of trying, I can't seem to figure out how to call upon your script in Maya.
I manualy sourced your script within maya's python script editor. I've tried running the strings "dvRename()" and "dvRename.gui()" in both the py and mel editors, neither work.
If you could shed some light on this I would apprieciate it. You script seems cool and I'd like to try it out. Thanks. - GIL
