You may have seen examples like this on MySpace or Youtube. The only tutorial I found online was for Photoshop. I then decided to replicate it in Shake.
This is the node tree:
Jpg.1- Import photo and connect it to “Move2D2”, “MultiLayer”, and “Resize”.
Resize numbers should be changed to 960 by 2400.
Copy the photo, export it as a photo-jpeg including frames 1-100.
Import that jpeg and connect it to the right side of the tree as shown.
Jpg 2- Select the Constraint and AE_Ripple nodes and press the “I” key on your keyboard. This will “ignore” those nodes for the moment.
Enter the numbers for “Move2D2” as shown
Jpg 3- Enter the numbers for “Move2D1” as shown
Jpg 4- Select the “Constraint” and “AE_Ripple” nodes and press the “I” key on your keyboard. This will activate the ignored nodes.
Move the “constraint” as shown on the lower half of the photo.
Jpg 5- Enter the numbers for the “AE_Ripple” node as shown
Jpg 6- Select the “Resize” node and export.
