WB_Make is a tool for quickly creating primitive untextured polygons ("Whiteboxes") and exporting them to an Unreal Engine 4 project as an FBX. Also creates a boundary layer in a .ma scene file, and can take a csv table of various measurment values to batch create FBX and MA files.
Primitives include: cube, cylinder, cup, Bin, Shelf/Table, Stairs, curved cylinders, and handheld tool (with simple rigging).
ZIP also has an example csv for batch creation.
To install:
  • place in scripts folder
  • create shelf icon
  • give icon the following script in python:
    • import WB_Make as WB_Make
    • WB_Make.MakeWin()
