    Maybe in a couple weeks. Absolutely no time at the moment, sorry. In short, it triggers when an unwrapped object is selected. Select an object -> read info. Try getting more familiar with texel density. There is a lot of tutorials on youtube, in russian as well. It should help understanding the purpose of this tool. Cheers!
