1. Go into your computer's file directory. Open the "Documents and Settings" folder > "your user name" > "Maya" > "your edition of maya" > "Scripts".
2. Cut and paste the kpNotez MEL script into the "scripts" folder.
3. Open Maya and type "kpNotez();" (Do not add the quotes!) in the MEL command line at the bottom of the screen.
4. The notepad should open on the screen!
