Error // 'file' is not defined

# Error: line 1: NameError: file <maya console> line 11: name '__file__' is not defined #
there is no "__init__.py" missing and the Documents\maya\scripts\ phat is also correct (i copy the file in 3 different script folders to be sure its correct)
i have maya 2016
