Help in using Auto Align vertices

Hi There,
Thanks or the script.

I was able to load the script in Maya 2016 OSX El Capitan.

The Gui Windows opens and I select the vertices and select set on the Gui.

Nothing happens in the script editor ....

Am I screwing up something

    peta Thanks for trying out my script. I don't have Maya 2016 on my mac so it's kind of hard for me to figure out the problem... Have you followed the instructions listed in HowtoUse.txt? Getting Maya to work with python's numpy module is essential for this script to work. If you did, are there no error messages shown in the script editor?
