Ghost Animation Tool 1.0.0 for Maya (maya plugin)

After copying the file and folder to the mentioned paths on the installation text file, i get this error message. 

# Error: RuntimeError: file F:/Maya_Projects\pk_ghosts\main.py line 73: Plug-in, "pk_floatFalloffNode.py", was not found on MAYA_PLUG_IN_PATH.

this is maya 2018.6
