Send to Scratch 1.0.0 for Nuke

a script for sending the selected read/write data

this is a script that allows you to easily send things to assimilate's scratch product.
the usage for the script is found inside the comments in the script.  it's easy and works well.
it generates a note on the clip with the username, date sent, and shot name.  nice and easy for shot accounting.
