Since the previous commenter didn't bother mentioning the fix, figured I'd put it up here for anyone who is confused. It's simple, just change the two procs in the file to global procs: specifically, put the world "global" before the word "proc" (in case you aren't a mel scripter and don't know what that means). Once you've done that and re-source the file, it should work.
