This script takes benefits of blend shapes and poses.
First, you create poses with snapshots.
Then select characters, blend poses and write result in current time.
After, it is easy to modify animations keys to make their unique.
It works with subcharacters (and even members of characters) , so you can take look of eyes from one pose and position of hand from another.
And each pose has a big picture :)
