This is the Olskool Rig used in preproduction for what would later become Get Ed.
It is called: Mighty Olskool Rig from the never aired 2002 promo "Ed X"
Check the names of the layers, it's all self explanatory.
He comes with a cloth shirt and pants. To sim the cloth, set your scene length to start at frame -50, zero out Olskools whole rig at that frame, unhide Shirt / Shorts layer and hit play with "every frame" option selected.
No cloth interpenetration miracles guaranteed!
