Here it was used standard, built in 3ds Max Hair and Fur WSN, not vray fur.
All materials are included and mapped.

In 3ds fbx obj formats - Hair and Fur WSN it is converted in mesh, I don't advise to use these variants in your interior
because the image will be more rough. Only using an original max-format, with Hair and Fur the image will be such, as on given renders.

On one of pictures the model is shown against an interior. This model lamp is on sale without an interior... The interior is not a part of model and is not on sale.
