Greeble Missing

I am trying tin run this project for a visualisation i am working on, and I am getting the error message that says missing .dll relating to the Greeble9-64.dlm

Obviously I bought this in order to save me a great deal of time and now its getting bounced and I cannot open it, any help about this would be great,

Hi, This is a problem of the 3dsmax version .please use higher version 3dsmax.

maybe you lost a plugin (3Ds max greeble2013 plugin) I have uploaded this plugin to this model. you can downlaod it.
