Its great! Just get it when I need it.
The only little complaint is...it does not work with undo/redo.
When you click undo, the duplicated object remains and would probably cause fatal error.
The MLL file is a plugin file you have to load from the plugin-manager in Maya 2008. The plugin is over 10 times faster than a MEL script would have been. If you want a MEL script you try to find it in the MEL script category.
