i.tre-> new Vector Mode output, implemented a fast mix2colors, fixed some inconsistencies and added an hypershade icon.

i.o-> added mixingFactors (bumps fading) and a bunch of options to get fine bump ctrl.. there are also the source files..

o.2-> added localFactors and globalMultiplier and a microBump scene.
>>parameters changed.. don't know for the old scene....


bump combiner to use with all the shaders without an explicit bump slot.. like the DGS and so on.. and probably maintain a better workflow design .. avoiding the 'famigerates' mib_bump_shaders.. and use instead the maya standard bump nodes.. and maya standard texture coordinates.
