Q/A

Having some issues with the model

Date:01/24/2013

Hi. Thank you for your work.
I am working on a film and my 3d artist is having some issues with the snake.

First off only one of them is rigged with a skeleton, and when he tries to manipulate the joints, the skin is kinking, so creating anything like what is shown in the video is not possible.

The screenshots show the snake in quads, but when he opens it in Maya, it is in triangles.

The picture shows controls on the snake, and there are none.

When you try to close the mouth of the snake, it creates an under bite and there are some strange vertices sticking out.

Can you please advise us on whether you have a fixed version and how we can use your model to create movement like what is shown in the video?

Thank you.

Hi, The video was made using the 3dsmax version of the model. The snakes are only rigged in 3dsmax format. We apologize as it seems the description of the product was unclear about that, so we are changing it. Please ask for a refund if you are unhappy with the model. Sorry for the incovenience. Jesus

Just ask CreativeCrash about it. It shouldn't be a problem.
