Shake

This marco allows you to toggle between a Grid, Action Safe&Title Safe, both or none.

Before running the macro it is useful to set up the shake script globals properly.
The grid is not highres. It meant as a reference for placing layers.

ActionSafe and Title Safe are tested for 720x576 and 768x576. Maybe it does not work with other resolutions.
