Author Biography
Jason Parks has worked at Sony Computer Entertainment America since
1997. During his time at SCEA, Jason has worked in Motion Capture,
Cinematics, and Tools Groups as a Character Technical Director, and a
Technical Artist. He has worked with dozens of game teams on 50+
projects focusing on the technical aspects of characters; skeletons,
animation, rigging, and deformations. Witnessing such a wide diversity
of workflows and techniques has led Jason to specialize in scripting
tools, automating processes, and developing efficient animation
pipelines. He now researches the latest character related technology
and facilitates implementation for SCEA�s product development teams.
